Sai Babas real pictures and babas 11 sayings.

I Whoever puts his feet on Shirdi Soil, his sufferings would come to an end.

The wretched and miserable would rise into plenty of joy and happiness, as soon as they climb the steps of my Samadhi.

I shall be ever active and vigorous even after leaving this earthly body.

My tomb shall bless and speak to the needs of my devotees.

I shall be active and vigorous even from the tomb.

My mortal remains would speak from the tomb.

I am ever living to help and guide all who come to me, who surrender to me and who seek refuge in me.

If you look to me, I look to you.

If you cast your burden on me I shall surely bear it.

If you seek my advice and help, It shall be given to you at once.

There shall be no want in the house of my devotees.

THE MOST HAUNTED PLACE IN INDIA>.......

Bhangarh is a place in Rajasthan (India) on the way from jaipur to alwar city. From history we find that this town was made by Madho Singh.brother of Raja Maan Singh.
The local folks say that due to a curse the whole town was vacated overnight. According to the story of the curse, if the town was ever rediscovered the township would not be found, but only temples would show up.
True to the story only temples dot the landscape and even far up on the mountains only shrines can be seen. It is said that nobody returns from there who stays after dark.
By the Government of India rules there has to be an office of Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) beside every historical structure in India. But even government authorities did not dare to open an office there. They opened their office about one kilometer away from the ruins of Bhangarh. Even this office is close to a temple because of this myth. ASI has put a signboard at Bhangarh saying, "Staying after sunset is strictly prohibited in this area."

People who visit this place out of tourist interest say that there is a strange feeling in the atmosphere of Bhangarh, which causes sort of anxiety and restlessness.
The story of this restlessness goes as the following. The charm of princess of Bhangarh Ratnawati was said to be matchless in entire Rajasthan. Being merely eighteen years old, the princess started getting wedding offers from other states. In the same region there also lived a tantrik, a magician using black magic, named Singhia who was desperately in love with the princess and who also knew that king would never even allow him to see the princess.
Once he saw princess's maid in the market buying scented oil for princess. Seeing this he got a wicked idea of getting the princess. He used his black magic and put a spell on the oil which would hypnotise the princess by her mere touching the oil and she would immedialely walk towards the tantrik to satisfy him sexually. But as soon as the princess got the oil she threw it on the block of a stone as she had seen the tantrik eying the oil. As soon as the oil touched the stone, the stone started rolling towards the wicked tantrik Singhia and crushed him. While dying Singhia cursed the palace that there will be such an incident that everybody in the palace would die and their souls will stay there for centuries without rebirth. The very next year there was a battle between Bhangarh-Ajabgarh and no one survived in the battle nor in the palace, not even the princess Ratnawati.

Also the prime minister cursed Bhangarh that no one would settle there in future and whoever dares will die as well. It is said by the local villagers that whenever a house has been built there its roof has collapsed. It seems to be true because inside Bhangarh all the houses are without a roof and even at the closest village where people reside, they still have roofs made of straw but not bricks.

Simple ways to reduce blood pressure

- Walk it out — Walking at a brisk pace can help lower your pressure. A good workout will ensure the heart uses oxygen more efficiently. Getting a rigorous cardio workout 4 to 5 times a week can make a huge difference. Start by incorporating about 15 minutes of exercise in your daily routine and slowly increase the time and difficulty level.

- Deep Breathing — Learning some slow breathing and meditation techniques can do you wonders. It will help reduce stress drastically and keep your blood pressure in check. Try taking out 10 minutes every morning and at night. Inhale and exhale deeply. If you can, join a yoga class for some time so that you can learn the proper method.
- Go for potassium-rich foods — You have probably heard of the negative effects of sodium on the body and potassium is an essential mineral to counter the effects of sodium on blood pressure. Fruits and vegetables are rich in potassium. Try adding sweet potatoes, tomatoes, orange juice, potatoes, bananas, peas, and prunes and raisins to your regular diet.
- Go slow on the salt — Whether you have a family history of high blood pressure or not, reducing your intake of salt can make a huge difference to your health. Before adding that extra pinch of salt to your food, think if you really need it. Try substituting salt with lime, garlic, pepper or other herbs and spices. Go slow on processed and packaged foods. Potato chips, frozen chicken nuggets, bacon etc are high in sodium. Try calculating your daily sodium consumption. Keep a food diary and you may be surprised at how much you're taking in.
- Dark chocolate benefits — The darker variety of chocolate has flavonols that make blood vessels more elastic. Choose one that has at least 70 per cent cocoa to really reap the benefits.
- Alcohol alert — While it does provide some health benefits, alcohol can also be bad for your health. If consumed in small amounts, it can help prevent heart attacks and coronary artery disease. But, more than one or two drinks and the benefits are gone. Keep a check on your drinking patterns and if you're a heavy drinker, start reducing slowly. Never indulge in binge drinking. Consuming four or five drinks in a row can cause a sudden increase in blood pressure.
- Tea benefits — Herbal teas are the way to go. In a study conducted, those who sipped on hibiscus tea daily lowered their blood pressure. Many herbal teas contain hibiscus or you can always opt for green tea. The effects of caffeine are still debatable. Drinking caffeinated beverages can temporarily increase pressure. The solution is to check your pressure within 30 minutes of drinking a cup of coffee to determine if it works for your body.

TIPS FOR GETTING A GOOD NIGHT’S SLEEP

The secret to getting good sleep every night

Good sleep strategies are essential to deep, restorative sleep you can count on, night after night. By learning to avoid common enemies of sleep and trying out a variety of healthy sleep-promoting techniques, you can discover your personal prescription to a good night’s rest.
The key is to experiment. What works for some might not work as well for others. It’s important to find the sleep strategies that work best for you.
The first step to improving the quality of your rest is finding out how much sleep you need. How much sleep is enough? While sleep requirements vary slightly from person to person, most healthy adults need at least 8 hours of sleep each night to function at their best.

How to sleep better tip 1: Keep a regular sleep schedule

Getting back in sync with your body’s natural sleep–wake cycle—your circadian rhythm—is one of the most important strategies for achieving good sleep. If you keep a regular sleep schedule, going to bed and getting up at the same time each day, you will feel much more refreshed and energized than if you sleep the same number of hours at different times. This holds true even if you alter your sleep schedule by only an hour or two. Consistency is important.
  • Set a regular bedtime.
  • Wake up at the same time every day.
  • Nap to make up for lost sleep
  • Be smart about napping.

How to sleep better tip 2: Naturally regulate your sleep-wake cycle

Melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone that helps regulate your sleep-wake cycle. Melatonin production is controlled by light exposure. Your brain should secrete more in the evening, when it’s dark, to make you sleepy, and less during the day when it’s light and you want to stay awake and alert. However, many aspects of modern life can disrupt your body’s natural production of melatonin and with it your sleep-wake cycle.
Spending long days in an office away from natural light, for example, can impact your daytime wakefulness and make your brain sleepy. Then bright lights at night—especially from hours spent in front of the TV or computer screen—can suppress your body’s production of melatonin and make it harder to sleep. However, there are ways for you to naturally regulate your sleep-wake cycle, boost your body’s production of melatonin, and keep your brain on a healthy schedule.

Increase light exposure during the day

  • Remove your sunglasses
  • Spend more time outside during daylight
  • Let as much light into your home/workspace as possible.

Boost melatonin production at night

  • Turn off your television and computer.
  • Don’t read from a backlit device at night (such as an iPad)
  • When it’s time to sleep, make sure the room is dark

How to sleep better tip 3: Create a relaxing bedtime routine

If you make a consistent effort to relax and unwind before bed, you will sleep easier and more deeply. A peaceful bedtime routine sends a powerful signal to your brain that it’s time to wind down and let go of the day’s stresses.

Make your bedroom more sleep friendly

  • Keep noise down.
  • Keep your room cool.
  • Make sure your bed is comfortable.

How to sleep better tip 4: Eat right and get regular exercise

Your daytime eating and exercise habits play a role in how well you sleep. It’s particularly important to watch what you put in your body in the hours leading up to your bedtime.
  • Stay away from big meals at night.
  • Avoid alcohol before bed
  • Cut down on caffeine
  • Quit smoking

How to sleep better tip 5: Get anxiety and stress in check

If you can’t stop yourself from worrying, especially about things outside your control, you need to learn how to manage your thoughts. For example, you can learn to evaluate your worries to see if they’re truly realistic and learn to replace irrational fears with more productive thoughts. Even counting sheep is more productive than worrying at bedtime.
If the stress of managing work, family, or school is keeping you awake, you need help with stress management. By learning how to manage your time effectively, handle stress in a productive way, and maintain a calm, positive outlook, you’ll be able to sleep better at night.

Relaxation techniques for better sleep

  • Deep breathing.
  • Progressive muscle relaxation.
  • Visualizing a peaceful, restful place.

How to sleep better tip 6: Ways to get back to sleep

It’s normal to wake briefly during the night. In fact, a good sleeper won’t even remember it. But if you’re waking up during the night and having trouble falling back asleep, the following tips may help.
  • Stay out of your head.
  • Make relaxation your goal, not sleep.
  • Postpone worrying and brainstorming

How to sleep better tip 7: Know when to see a sleep doctor

If you’ve tried the tips above, but are still struggling with sleep problems, you may have a sleep disorder that requires professional treatment. Consider scheduling a visit with a sleep doctor if, despite your best efforts at self–help

Scientists re-measure the world's deepest ocean trench

The world's deepest ocean trench has been re-mapped in more detail than ever before.
The Mariana Trench, in the Pacific Ocean, is 1,553 miles long. That's about the distance from Britain to the top of Africa.
At its deepest point, it's 10,994 metres below sea level, which would be deep enough to swallow Mount Everest.
The scientists used an echosounder attached to a US Navy ship to make the measurements.
It bounces sound waves off the ocean bed. The time it takes for the sound to get back to the ship shows how deep the ocean is.

The data's been collected to help the USA work out how much land it owns underwater near places it controls like the island of Guam.
But it also gives geologists a really clear and accurate picture of the one of the most unexplored places on Earth.
So far, only two humans have ever visited the deepest point of the Mariana Trench, Challenger Deep - Don Walsh and Jacques Piccard over 50 years ago - and back then, they really were going into the unknown.
New missions to return to the trench are being planned but this time they'll be prepared with a brand new map.

Australian cricketer Andrew Symonds is the latest celebrity in India's version of Big Brother, Bigg Boss.
Symonds arrived in the western city of Mumbai, where the Bigg Boss house is, on Tuesday morning.
He is the first international cricketer to enter the house and he is "hoping to have a lot of fun" and learn more about Indian culture, he said.
US actress Pamela Anderson was a guest last year and Canadian porn star Sunny Leone is in the house currently.
Symonds, a wild card entrant, is expected to be taken into the Bigg Boss house on Wednesday.
He admits he has not seen any of the episodes yet as he did not want to enter "with a biased opinion of the other contestants".
In 2008, Symonds got into a public spat with Indian off-spinner Harbhajan Singh when he accused Singh of racially abusing him.
Model and controversial housemate Pooja Mishra, who was evicted fromBigg Boss, will be re-entering the show as a translator for new celebrity contestant Andrew Symonds.
Pooja was asked to leave the house few days ago after she indulged in violence on the show.
"She (Pooja) will be entering the show again as a translator for Andrew Symonds," sources told PTI.
"Till the time he is in the show, Pooja will be there. However, she will not be part of the nominations," the source added.
The Australian cricketer will be entering the house with Pooja today.
